Recipes for implants

Implant Enemas:

Acidophilus / Bifidus and other Probiotics:
Use 1/2 tsp to 50 ml water
Helps with candida and works to normalize peristaltic action.

Candida can easily take over the body and cause or contribute to almost every common health issue.
A diet full of sugar and other refined foods feeds candida.  Antibiotics can kill the healthy bacteria that would normally keep candida in check.
Many people know they have a candida problem, but have no idea how to treat it properly. To naturally treat candida, use a holistic approach that restores the body’s natural ecological balance with a healthy lifestyle including the right supplements and diet choices.


Use 1/2 capful from the extract bottle for 500 ml water or brew from bulk herbs.
Dispels gas, diarrhea, mucous, colitis, incontinence and is generally healing for body’s membranes.

Aniseed Aniseseed Oil  BasilBasil Oil  

Make a tea of 1.3l litre of warm water, 3 pinches dried basil, 2 pinches aniseed or similar drops of extract or oil.
Calming, refreshing, stimulates circulation and cleansing.

Aniseed-Fennel : (combination) Anniseed Fennel Sweet fennel oil  

Calming, diuretic, good for cramps, diarrhea and nausea.
Make a tea of 1.3 litre warm water, 3 pinches of aniseed and fennel seeds
1 teaspoon honey, 2 tablespoons olive oil


Apple Cider Vinegar:
1 to 4 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar in 1 litre warm filtered water.

Bicarbonate of Soda:
2gr. sodium bicarbonate and 28 gr. glucose to 600 ml water

Remove accumulated gas


5 tbl sp to 500ml of water. Boil, add herbs, simmer for 20 minutes
Soothing and relief of fevers

Cayenne: Cayenne Pepper Extract

Use tsp or 10 drops to 2 liters of filtered water.  You can boil a 'tea' or infusion of the bulk herb or use extracts.

Soothing, revitalizing, circulation, alcoholism, heart problems, low blood sugar, congestion, ulceration of colon wall.

Cayenne & Ginger: (combination) Ginger Root Extract

Use 5 drops Cayenne and 1 tsp liquid Ginger to 1 liter of water
Strengthens nervous system, adrenal glands, hypoglycemia.

Chamomile: Chamomile Flower Extract

1 handful to 1.25 liter water. Boil, add herbs, simmer for 20 minutes
Soothing, relaxing, anti-inflammatory


6 tbs to 1.2 litre water. Boil for 10 minutes then simmer for 20 minutes.
Detoxifying, high in potassium, stops headaches as well as giving a little extra boost of energy while leaving one with a sense of well being.
A rinse enema after is good if you feel strong effects.

1 tsp powdered potassium to 250 ml of coffee

Even higher in potassium good for mental confusion, heart failure, bloating, relaxes colon muscle, stimulates peristalsis
Echinacea Echinacea Purpurea Root Extract

From a bottle of extract use 1 capful to 1 liter water
or make your own tea from bulk.
Antioxidant, antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, catarrhal conditions, infections of upper respiratory tract, blood cleanser, acne, eczema, boils, peritonitis, antibacterial, antiviral.


Flaxseed is soothing, easy to retain, contains linseed oil and natural Vitamin E is a great healer of inflamed bowel mucous!
Flaxseed Tea enema
Helps to soothe and hydrate the colon
Useful where there is constipation and/or gut irritation
Warm 2 cups of flaxseed tea or make a tea of flaxseed powder and filtered water.
Add enough additional filtered water to make it up to 1 liter. Make sure mixture is body temperature
follow with plain water enema
Hold for 15-20 minutes and expel

Flaxseed Oil enema
A flaxseed enema is very useful for individuals who are unable to breakdown oils and utilise omega 3 fatty acids from flax seed due to digestive difficulties.

Warm 250ml-500ml of flaxseed oil to body temperature
Follow how to do an enema but do not add any water to the enema
Hold for 1 hour and then expel
Follow flaxseed enema with a water enema to help clear the colon of oil


Use 1tsp liquid garlic to 500 ml water or crush three medium sized cloves of garlic in a garlic press and steep the crushed material in a cup of hot water. Steep for an hour, dilute to approx. 1.5 liter with fresh warm water or mix your solution from a bulk garlic source and administer slowly.
Detoxifying, anti coagulant, anti bacterial, anti fungal, respiratory problems, high blood pressure, gout, cold, fever, Candida, Crohn’s disease. Fresh garlic juice kills as much yeast as several of the pharmacological and herbal antifungal.


From a bottle of extract use 1 capful to 1 liter water. Or make 1 tablespoon fresh Ginger juice and add to 1 litre of water.
Calming, circulation, aid digestion, stimulates secretion, flatulence, sinus and bronchial congestion, ulceration, mucous, bleeding of rectum

Green Barley:

Use 5 handful of fresh green Barley Grass to 1.25 litre  water.  Boil, add herb, simmer 20 minutes.
Or use 2 tablespoons of dried powdered Barley Grass to 1 litre of water.

Anti inflammatory, repairs cellular DNA

Honey or Molasses:
Use 2 tablespoons to 500 ml water

Nourishing, purging effect, removes mucous, chronic colitis, aids iron absorption


1 handful to 1.25 ltr water. Boil, add hops, simmer for 20 minutes


1 teaspoon of horseradish in 1.8 litre warm water
Antiseptic, diuretic, high in Vitamins, sciatica, gout, joint ache, worms, hardening of spleen and liver, eases wind and pain


 Soak a handful of lavender in 450ml of olive oil in a warm water bath for about 2 hours. Let it stand for 24 hrs. and then filter it. Mix this with 1.3 liter warm water or use prepared lavender oil.
Relaxing, soothing

Lemon: Lemon Juice Powder Lemon Essential Oil

A basic lemon enema consists of the juice of three lemons in 1 liter lukewarm filtered water, powdered lemon juice or lemon oil.


Use 1 handful to 1.25 liter water. Boil, add herbs, simmer for 20 minutes
Demulcent, respiratory catarrh, coughs, mucous, soothing for inflamed conditions of bowel.

1.3 liter of warm water, 450 ml warm milk, 1 tablespoon olive oil, 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Nurturing, soothing

200ml of whole Milk and 200ml of molasses

Rejuvenating, nurturing, Iron
Take it slowly and hold it for as long as you can


Oil :
Use 50 ml of undiluted Black Sesame Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Sunflower Oil or Almond Oil

Nourishing, healing for internal membranes, lubricating, spastic constipation


Use tsp to 300 ml of water
Mental confusion, heart failure, bloating, relaxes colon muscle, stimulates peristalsis

Peppermint Peppermint Leaf Powder Peppermint Essential Oil

1 teaspoon of peppermint oil in 1.5 liter of hot water. Let cool down to 38C

The peppermint is soothing and relaxing to the colon.

This one is just for fun:
Roman: (recorded in the Satyricon, a Latin work of fiction in a mixture of prose and poetry. It is believed to have been written by Gaius Petronius):
1 liter warm red wine
5 egg yolks
2 tablespoons olive oil
juice of fresh truffles (or mushrooms etc.)
Mix well.  Strengthening solution that is said to 'help the man do his job' (and we can only imagine what they might have referred to as 'job').

tsp Epsom Salt to 2 liter water

To cause ex-osmosis, chronic mucous colitis

1 level tsp Sea Salt to 300 ml water

Remove mucous, relieves spasm, anti inflammatory, colitis

Slippery Elm:

1tsp to 350 ml hot water

Calming, nurturing, anti inflammatory, Crohn’s disease


250 ml Buttermilk to 250 ml water

Detoxifying chemicals, weak musculature of colon, absorbs poison

Golden Rod:

1 handful to 1.25 liter water. Boil, add herbs, simmer for 20 minutes

Golden rod is most useful to counter kidney and bladder complaints, particularly kidney stones, fluid retention and bed-wetting. Its detergent action, which cleans out the bladder and kidneys, can also be used in the treatment of arthritis and eczema. Other uses for golden rod include the treatment of excessive menstrual bleeding, internal hemorrhage, diarrhea and even whooping cough (handy as this disease seems to be making the rounds again). Golden rod has a soothing and calming effect.

St. Johns Wort: St. Johns Wort Oil

1 handful to 1.25 ltr water. Boil, add herbs, simmer for 20 minutes

Neuralgia, irritability, anxiety, sciatica, fibroids
Warning: Do not use St. Johns Wart  if you are on medication for circulatory conditions


1 tablespoon to 1 liter water. Boil, add herbs, simmer for 20 minutes

Analgesic, alterative, antiseptic and stimulant, stops hemorrhage, aids in digestion of sugars, fats and oils, decongests the liver, swellings and may help with tumors.

Uva Ursi:

1 handful to 1.25 ltr water. Boil, add herbs, simmer for 20 minutes

Anti bacterial assists Kidney and Bladder, tonic for urinary organs

Valerian: (or Vervain, Chamomile, Skullcap):

1 handful to 1.25 litre water. Boil, add herbs, simmer for 20 minutes

Tranquilize, insomnia, restlessness, flatulence


1 handful to 1.25 liter water. Boil, add herbs, simmer for 20 minutes

Inflamed tissue


In short, almost anything that can be ingested orally can be absorbed rectally.  As always, it is a very good idea to consult your health care provider, healer or witch doctor before trying new things out on your body.

Peristalsis: a sequence of muscle contractions that
progressively squeeze a small section of the digestive tract and then the next, to push food along the tract something similar to pushing toothpaste from a tube

Implant enema: A colonic implant, also called an enema implant, is a therapeutic, specially prepared solution that can be used during or after the administration of an enema and is thought to promote colonic health. Proponents of regular colonic cleansing say that the use of implants along with a healthy lifestyle can greatly increase an individual's overall well being

Candida: Any of the yeastlike imperfect fungi of the genus candida that are normally present on the skin and in the mucous membranes of the mouth, intestinal tract, and vagina, and that may become pathogenic, especially C. albicans, the causative agent of thrush.

Agrimony:  Agrimony is not commonly used today, but has its place in traditional herbal medicine. This herb is safe for use for minor ailments in most healthy people. Like most herb simples, the uses to which it is put are remarkably varied. The English use it to make a delicious "spring" or "diet" drink for purifying the blood. It is considered especially useful as a tonic for aiding recovery from winter colds, fevers, and diarrhea. Agrimony contains tannin and a volatile essential oil.
